So at this point in time after being on the FSI forums again today like usual and reading that we’ve lost a very good indexer / arbitrator (one who would answer questions along side of the rest of us) because FSI doesn’t care I’ve started boycotting the US projects. Mainly because that’s where I see the most problems with FSI not communicating with the indexers. For example today on the forums someone noticed that FSI changed the PDF on the project updates page for I do believe the Ohio Births Project without letting anyone know. FamilySearch Indexing if you’re reading this… saving over the old PDF file doesn’t alert the indexers that the file has been changed. You need to tell us when you do that. How do you expect the indexers and arbitrators to follow rules when they’re not notified of those rule changes?
