Figured I’d work on projects that have the lowest completed percentages today. So now I’m working on US Alabama County Marriages 1809-1950 Part D now. I keep up with the instructions on the marriage projects cause of reading all the posts and helping others out on the Library but normally don’t work on them because of the handwriting sometimes and get frustrated with having to look for the names in multiple places quite often. Well this project I’m finding really easy to read and not too many places to look for names right now.
Finding the indexers are not understanding what titles and terms are. Instead of indexing titles such as Mr / Mrs / Miss in the titles / terms fields they’re putting them in with the given names. Or they’re not indexing the titles at all.
