Monday: At least 30 pushups, doing sit-ups through an entire song.
Tuesday: Crunches through an entire song
Wednesday: 15 four count burpies (while saying 1,2,3,4 I love Marine Corps) and run once around block. Squad will do this together.
Thursday: Up downs for one song. Squad will do this together.
Friday: Classes of combat training, etc.
Saturday and Sunday: Rest
* If fail to do these exercises as scheduled you will be forced to do the exercises doubled while being supervised.*
